Dumplings for dessert? Say WHAT!?
6 chocolate bars, grated
3/4 cup heavy cream
Melt the chocolate over a bain marie, then stir in the heavy cream and mix until combined. Pour into a cake pan and place in refrigerator to set.
Scoop out portions and add to dumpling wrappers, dab the edges with water and wrap them around the chocolate.
Steam them in a steamer basket for at least 5 minutes.
