• 6 chocolate bars, grated
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • Dumpling wrappers


  1. Melt the chocolate over a bain marie, then stir in the heavy cream and mix until combined.
  2. Pour into a cake pan and place in refrigerator to set.
  3. Scoop out portions and add to dumpling wrappers, dab the edges with water and wrap them around the chocolate.
  4. Steam them in a steamer basket for at least 5 minutes.
