- 6 chocolate bars, grated
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- Dumpling wrappers
- Melt the chocolate over a bain marie, then stir in the heavy cream and mix until combined.
- Pour into a cake pan and place in refrigerator to set.
- Scoop out portions and add to dumpling wrappers, dab the edges with water and wrap them around the chocolate.
- Steam them in a steamer basket for at least 5 minutes.
