3 egg whites
2 tablespoons milk
4 tablespoons cream
3 1/2 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
8-10 Oreos, crushed
In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites until frothy.
Heat the milk and cream in a saucepan, and pour the hot mixture over the chopped chocolate. Stir until chocolate has melted. Gently fold egg whites into chocolate sauce.
Pour the mousse into the pots and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Top with crushed Oreos and mint.
