Chururin Egg Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon mentsuyu
  • 1/2 seasoned hardboiled egg
  • Dried seaweed flakes
  • Boiled bamboo shoots
  • Green onion
  • Roasted pork fillet, to top the noodles

Steps

  1. Mix the egg and the flour together and place in a piping bag.
  2. In a pot, bring water to a boil. Add soy sauce, ginger, garlic, chicken stock and mentsuyu and stir. Quickly pipe in the egg noodles and cook until done.
  3. Transfer the soup and noodles to a bowl. Add the toppings and enjoy.
