Ingredients

  • 1 cup prepared mayonnaise
  • 2 roasted red jalapeños, stemmed and minced
  • 4 roasted garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ancho chili powder
  • 1 lime, zested and juiced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
