- 1 cup prepared mayonnaise
- 2 roasted red jalapeños, stemmed and minced
- 4 roasted garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon ancho chili powder
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl; season with salt and pepper.
- Mayonnaise will keep for about one week stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
