Ingredients

  • 2 cups prepared mayonnaise
  • 1 head of roasted garlic
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 6 mint leaves, picked
  • 6 small basil leaves, picked
  • 1/4 parsley leaves, picked
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend on high until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mayonnaise will keep for about one week stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
