Cloud Bread 3 Ways
All the deliciousness of bread without the gluten or the guilt and three great new ways to enjoy it.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 3 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt
Steps
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
- Separate the eggs into two bowls, with the egg whites in one bowl and the yolks in the other.
- Add the cream of tartar to the egg whites and whip into stiff peaks using a mixer on high speed.
- Add the Greek yogurt into the yolks and mix until well combined.
- Fold half the egg whites into the yolks until just combined. Then, add the remaining egg whites, and fold again until incorporated.
- Place approx. 1/2 cup of the mixture on the tray; there should be about 4-6 total. Spread the mixture gently into circles using a spoon.
- Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden-brown around the edges and on the bottom.
- Allow to cool for 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 slices cloud bread
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup mixed baby greens
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 4 slices turkey
Steps
- Line the sliced avocado on one side of the cloud bread sandwich.
- Top with the greens, followed by the sliced turkey and tomato.
- Add top to the sandwich.
Ingredients
- 1 slice cloud bread
- 2 tablespoon marinara sauce
- 4-6 fresh basil leaves
- 3 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
Steps
- Spoon the marinara sauce over the cloud bread, leaving a small rim for the crust. Top with basil and cheese.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 6-8 minutes.

- 1 slice cloud bread
- 1/2 avocado, mashed
- 1 egg, fried
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon sesame seeds
Steps
- Spread the mashed avocado over the cloud bread.
- Top with the fried egg and then season with the sea salt and sesame seeds.
