Chocolate Coated Ice Cream Pops
Spruce up your favorite ice cream flavors by coating them in graham cracker and dipping them in chocolate.
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup digestive biscuits (or graham crackers)
- 5 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup green tea ice cream
- 2/3 cup chocolate melts, melted
Steps
- Crush the digestive biscuits into crumbs and add the melted butter; mix well. Press mixture into the bottom of a square baking tin lined with parchment paper.
- Add the vanilla and green tea ice cream and flatten.
- Insert popsicle sticks, then freeze for about 6 hours or until hardened.
- Melt the chocolate. Use a knife to cut ice cream pops, dip in the melted chocolate and enjoy!
