Spruce up your favorite ice cream flavors by coating them in graham cracker and dipping them in chocolate.

  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup green tea ice cream
  • 2/3 cup chocolate melts, melted

  1. Crush the digestive biscuits into crumbs and add the melted butter; mix well. Press mixture into the bottom of a square baking tin lined with parchment paper.
  2. Add the vanilla and green tea ice cream and flatten.
  3. Insert popsicle sticks, then freeze for about 6 hours or until hardened.
  4. Melt the chocolate. Use a knife to cut ice cream pops, dip in the melted chocolate and enjoy!
