Make the coffee filling: In a medium size pot, heat brewed coffee to 120 degrees. In small bowl, combine hot coffee and the gelatin. Pour into small circular molds and put in the fridge to set up.
Assemble the gushers: Unwrap all tootsie rolls, combine with coconut oil and double boil to melt. Using a candy mold, scoop a tootsie roll into each shape. Let set for up to an hour. Immediately press coffee gummy into the center of each tootsie roll. Reshape into a circle and wait 1 hour until set.
