Condensed Milk and Nutella Ice Cream Cake

We can nutella how much we love this ice cream cake.


  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup powdered milk plus 1/4 cup powdered milk for dusting
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • Nutella layer:
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Dulce de leche layer:
  • 1 cup dulce de leche
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream


  1. In a saucepan over low heat, combine the condensed milk and milk. Press egg yolks through a sieve into the pan. Stir to combine. Add the powdered milk and continuously stir until the mixture reaches the consistency of a thick cream. Set aside to cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently whisk whipped cream into cream mixture. Pour half of the mixture into the bottom of a round baking dish. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine Nutella with heavy cream. Pour over top the cream layer and smooth out with a spatula.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the dulce de leche with heavy cream. Pour over top the Nutella layer and smooth out with a spatula. Place in freezer for 30 minutes.
  5. Pour remaining cream mixture over top the dulce de leche layer and freeze for 3 hours. Remove from mold and dust with powdered milk before serving.
