Cookie Pies 4 Ways/Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Cookie Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 packages peanut butter chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1 banana, thinly sliced
  • 30 miniature Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter chips

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a 9-inch greased pie pan, press 1 package cookie dough to create pie shell shape.
  3. Freeze for 10 minutes. Remove from freezer.
  4. Place bananas in cookie crust shell followed by peanut butter cups and peanut butter chips. Top with remaining half package of cookie dough.
  5. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Enjoy!
