Ingredients

  • 1 package imitation crab meat
  • 16 ounces bechamel sauce
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • Wheat flour
  • Egg
  • Breadcrumbs

Steps

  1. Pour sauce into an ice cube tray, add crab meat and freeze it.
  2. Spread mashed potatoes in a separate ice cube tray, add crab meat and freeze.
  3. Remove from ice cube tray and dip each cube in flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs. Deep-fry in oil.
