Cranberry Vanilla Energy Bites

Holiday flavors rolled up into a ball of deliciousness.


  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup dates, pitted
  • 3 tablespoon dried cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt


  1. Add the almonds to a food processor and pulse until evenly processed.
  2. Add oats, dates, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt and process until a ball forms.
  3. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
