Creamy Ham and Cheese Torte

This warm, crustless quiche will be the highlight of your breakfast or brunch.


  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup potatoes, peeled, cooked and cubed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups white flour
  • 2 cups ham, diced
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • Oregano to taste
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan


  1. In a blender, mix the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, potatoes, a pinch of salt and the baking powder. Pour into a bowl, then whisk in flour.
  2. Pour half the batter into a greased, floured baking dish. Add the ham, cheese and oregano.
  3. Pour the other half of the dough over the top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 40 minutes.
