• 6 tubes of cannelloni
  • 12 mozzarella balls
  • 6 string cheese sticks
  • Cake flour, as needed
  • Eggs, beaten (as needed)
  • Basil panko bread crumbs, as needed
  • Tomato sauce, as needed


  1. Add cannelloni noodles to a pot and cook them in boiling water.
  2. Fill them with mozzarella balls and string cheese.
  3. Coat the cannelloni noodles with cake flour, beaten eggs, and basil panko bread crumbs (in this order), then fry until golden brown all over.
  4. Dip them in tomato sauce and enjoy!
