Calling all pork lovers... this Cubano sandwich is pork-tastic.
1 pound ground pork
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 pound honey ham, shaved
4 slices Swiss cheese
Add pork to a bowl and season with cumin, oregano, cayenne, salt and pepper. Mix to combine, and make into 4 equal patties.
Heat oil in a large saute pan. Cook patties on medium-high heat for about 5 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
Top patties with honey ham, Swiss cheese, pickles and mustard, and serve on a brioche bun.
