Ingredients
Custard Pudding in a Bun
- 100 grams flour
- 1/2 teaspoon instant dry yeast
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 50-55cc hot water
- 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 30 grams pumpkin
- 1 ready-made custard pudding
Caramel Sauce
- 50 grams granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoons very hot water
Sides
- Whipped cream
- Fresh fruits
Steps
Custard Pudding in a Bun
- Combine ingredients together until it forms a dough. Leave in a warm oven (40 degrees C) for approximately 30 minutes.
- Wrap the frozen custard pudding inside the dough. Steam bun for 6-8 minutes on low heat.
- Transfer bun onto a plate. Pour caramel sauce over the bun and serve with fresh fruits and whipped cream.
Caramel Sauce
- In a saucepan, combine granulated sugar and water and cook over medium heat until amber in color.
- Add in very hot water and mix to combine. Set aside.

- Transfer custard pudding onto a tray and freeze until firm.
