• 12 sausages
  • 2 puff pastry sheets
  • 8 slices cheese
  • Mustard, as needed
  • Ketchup, as needed
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 8 quail eggs
  • 8 deep-fried spaghetti noodles
  • Nori seaweed, as needed


  1. Make a vertical cut on each side of all the sausages. Take 4 sausages and slice them in the middle.
  2. Cut triangles from each pastry sheet and put cheese slices on top. Place two whole sausages on each sheet with the cut ends sticking out.
  3. Put ketchup and mustard on top and roll up the pies.
  4. Brush the surface with beaten egg. Bake the pies and the halved sausages for 20 minutes at 200°C.
  5. Using deep-fried noodles, insert two quail eggs and the halved sausages in each pie. Add nori seaweed and ketchup to complete the crab face. Enjoy!
