- DIY holiday decor that looks so good you're gonna wanna eat it. In fact, you can, cause it's made with stuff like cranberries. Don't ever eat raw cranberries. First up are these mason jar candle holders. In a jar, take some fresh rosemary sprigs and curl 'em up so they fit inside. Then slice up oranges or something smaller like tangelos or mandarins. You toss 'em in. Then for beautiful color contrast, add fresh cranberries and fill up the jars with water. The cranberries will float to the top and make a perfect platform for a tealight. Crafty AF, I know! Next up is cinnamon candle. Take an unscented white candle and wrap some twine around it twice. Loosen it up so you can insert some whole cinnamon sticks. Work your way around the candle and once all the spots are filled in, cut it loose, tighten up the string and for an extra touch of color, add a rosemary sprig. This one really makes your home smell like the holidays and hugs and love. And last up, some whimsical gourd candle holders. Gather an assortment or small gourds. Take a tealight over the top to estimate where you need to cut. Then carefully use a small knife to cut out a circle. You may need to go a little bit at a time and then work your way through. Scoop out the insides and pop in your tealight. You may need to press it down a bit to make sure that it fits. And there you have it, DIY food decor.
