- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2/3 cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, combine butter and cocoa, and mix until smooth. Add powdered sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth. Fill a pastry bag with a round tip, and set aside.
