- 1 cup cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- In the bowl of a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, cream butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix until combined. Add salted caramel and set aside.
