Doritos Crusted Chicken Tenders w/ Ranch Dip

Our favorite snack chip married to our favorite finger food... Are we dreaming?


  • 1 large bag Nacho Cheese Doritos
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (1-pound) package chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup mustard
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 3 tablespoons chopped chives


  1. For the chicken tenders: Set oven to 375 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a blender or food processor, add Doritos and pulse until small crumbs are formed. Transfer to a shallow dish.
  3. In a separate shallow dish, add flour, and place beaten eggs into a third dish.
  4. Cut the chicken breasts into strips and place in a large bowl. Add mustard, dried parsley, season-all and salt and pepper. Stir to coat chicken well.
  5. Add chicken to the bowl of flour and turn to coat well, then dip each strip in the eggs, followed by the Doritos crumbs.
  6. Lay chicken on prepared baking sheet. Once all chicken tenders are coated, place in oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  7. For the ranch dip: Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined.
  8. Allow chicken tenders to cool, then serve alongside ranch dip.
