• 1 russet potato or sweet potato


  1. Use a fork to carefully poke several holes all around the potato.
  2. Microwave for 5 minutes. Carefully flip the potato over. Microwave for 4-5 minutes or until the potato is fully cooked.
  3. Cut a slit through the middle, use a fork to lightly fluff the inside.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, if desired, and add your favorite toppings.
