- 1 russet potato or sweet potato
- Use a fork to carefully poke several holes all around the potato.
- Microwave for 5 minutes. Carefully flip the potato over. Microwave for 4-5 minutes or until the potato is fully cooked.
- Cut a slit through the middle, use a fork to lightly fluff the inside.
- Season with salt and pepper, if desired, and add your favorite toppings.
