Double Banana Split Pie

If you love chocolate, Oreos and banana cream pie, this dessert is for you.


  • For the base:
  • 1/2 cup of nuts
  • 2 packages of chocolate cookies
  • 5 tablespoons of butter
  • For the filling:
  • 2 1/2 cups chantilly cream
  • 2 1/2 cups repostero dulce de leche
  • 2 bananas
  • For the ganache:
  • 2/3 cups cream
  • 5 ounces of semisweet chocolate


  1. For the ganache, boil the cream.
  2. Then pour over the chopped chocolate.
  3. Process the cookies with the nuts and the cold butter.
  4. Cover a tart 24 centimeters. mold with the dough.
  5. Place in the refrigerator or for 10 minutes in the oven so it gets crunchy.
  6. Over the base, make a first layer of dulce de leche.
  7. Over the dulce de leche, place a layer of banana slices.
  8. Add the cream on top.
  9. Over the cream add a ganache layer and refrigerate.
  10. Repeat the filling layers. Finish covering with the ganache and cream.
