- Rawr! I'm a triceratops, from the land before time. Every year I asked my parents for either a puppy, or an easy bake oven. They didn't give me either of those things, but they did give me food and shelter and an education, so I guess that's something. But now, as an adult, I have my puppy, and I now have an easy bake oven. This is that hashtag blessed life everybody been talking about. I've never used one, so I'm really excited to get into this. This kit comes with an ultimate oven, along with a pan tool to pull and push out the baking pan, which is right here. Isn't that the most adorable pan you've ever seen? And, finally, it comes with a baking kit to make some mini sparkle cakes. I can't even handle it! I used to be so jealous, major FOMO, when I see commercials of easy bake oven. I'm gonna open these up, this is the chocolate brownie mix. Ooo, smells artificially chocolate-y! Tap it, tap it, tap it. The vanilla frosting mix. Ooo! That looks like straight up plastic. First step is to preheat the oven, so just turn it on. A little light just popped up! I've gotta grease up the baking pan with some non-stick cooking spray. Next, I'm going to add water to the chocolate brownie mix. Is this enough water? I definitely need some more water. Brrring! Now, it's comin together. Hands are floured, one little ball of dookie. And now each ball needs to be divided into six little cookies. Ahhh, I know I've made the dookie joke before, but come on, come on, you know you're thinking about it. Using the pan tool, gotta stick it in the slot, you gotta put it horizontally. Use this to push it in up to these arrows. Wait, hang on. I wish there was a window, cause you can't see anything! Why?! Is that it? Nope, it's not in the hole. It's in the hole, it's in the hole, phew! It smells really good in here. Now I'm going to turn this off. It is now 12 minutes, and I've gotta use the pusher to push it out and let it cool in the chamber. I heard it deposit. Water. I think the cookies are cooled down enough. I don't know why I'm so amused by this. Like a dream come true, you have no idea! And they didn't stick. I just did my initial backwards, how impressed are you? Cute! Cute, so cute. Stick sprinkles! And that folks, are my little mini sprinkle cakes. I'm not gonna taste the cakes yet. First, I have a little surprise for you. I got myself a stocking stuffer. Making the cakes was a lot of fun I wanna keep this happiness going, with some pretzel mix. Why are there so many bags? An egg wash mix, highly questionable. Nacho cheese sauce mix. Do you see that color? Is this the right mix? Look at that, little dough. Turn it like this, and then like this? You see, it needs this deep color to make it look like a pretzel, otherwise whatever little light bulb in there is not gonna get it brown enough. Hey! Same process again, this goes in for 12 minutes. It's almost done baking, I'm going to make the nacho cheese sauce. The pretzels have been cooling down. Moment of truth! See, I knew I'd love this gift! It's so cute! Awww, look, it even browned up on the bottom. It's really hot! And there you have it. Party pretzel dippers and mini sparkle cakes. Little dip. Ooo, this reminds me of cheese whiz. Mmm! Mmk. The pretzel dough is not for me. The cheese sauce on the other hand, still not for me . Cheers, easy bake oven. You're a dream come true, kind of. Ow. It's not bad, it's not bad. I think I made little Jen proud today. I'll see you guys next time, bye!
