• 100g sugar
  • 120g brown sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 120g melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 150g flour
  • 3g baking soda
  • 200g chocolate, chopped


  1. In a bowl, whisk together sugar, brown sugar, salt, and melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Sift the powdered ingredients into the bowl, and gently fold in with a spatula.
  3. Mix in the chocolate.
  4. Roll the dough into balls and place them evenly spaced onto a cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes at 180℃.
