How to make Easy Microwave Custard Pudding.

Ingredients

Custard Pudding

  • 2 eggs
  • 250 milliliters milk (warmed in microwave for 90 seconds)
  • 40 grams sugar

Caramel Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon additional water

Steps

Custard Pudding

  1. Combine eggs and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Slowly mix in the milk.
  3. Strain mixture into a microwave-safe bowl.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 90 seconds at 600 watts. Take it out and give it a quick mix around.
  5. Cover and microwave for another minute at 600 watts.
  6. Once it's cool, chill in the refrigerator.

Caramel Sauce

  1. Combine water and sugar in a saucepan and heat over low heat.
  2. Once it becomes an amber color, add in 1 tablespoon of water.
  3. Invert the custard onto a plate and serve with caramel sauce.
  4. If desired, top with whipped cream and your favorite fruits.
