Easy Seafood Pasta

Loaded with shellfish and squid, this simple and flavorful dish is a seafood lover's dream.


  • Olive oil, for sautéing
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 10 1/2 ounces squid, cleaned and cut into rings
  • 7 ounces shelled mussels
  • 7 ounces shelled clams
  • 10 large shrimp, cleaned
  • 2 3/4 cups dried tomatoes
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 (16 ounces) package taglierini (or tagliolini) noodles, cooked
  • 1/2 bunch of watercress
  • Juice of 6 limes
  • Parsley, to taste


  1. Sauté the garlic in olive oil. Add the squid, mussels, clams and shrimp, sautéing each until cooked through.
  2. Add the dried tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the noodles and watercress. Season with lemon juice and parsley. Toss everything together, and enjoy.
