What's not to love about curry bread topped with a super fluffy egg?
2 slices bread
1 package ready-made Japanese curry
30 grams shredded cheese
Cut out the insides of one slice of bread. Place just the crust on top of the other slice of bread. Pour curry into the center and top with shredded cheese.
Separate the egg yolk from the white.
Put the egg white into a bowl with a pinch of salt. Beat until stiff peaks.
Place beaten egg whites on top of the bread. Top with egg yolk.
Bake for 5 minutes at 220 degrees C. Serve immediately.
