Stuffed with sweet strawberries and thick cream, this giant chocolate egg is yummier than any store-bought treats.
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup milk
1 egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup strawberries, chopped
1/2 large chocolate egg
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate, melted
In a pot, add the condensed milk, egg yolk and milk.
Place over low heat and cook until you get a thick cream. Place in refrigerator to cool for at least 2 hours.
Add the vanilla and strawberries to the cream and fill the egg.
Cover the filling with the melted chocolate and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to harden.
