Eggy Breakfast Dishes


  • Egg whites
  • Spinach
  • Tomatoes
  • Bell Peppers
  • Mushrooms
  • Onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F (180˚C)
  2. Lightly grease a muffin tin. Place your toppings of choice in the cups, then fill with egg whites. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the whites have set. Serve hot.
