Energy Balls

These little balls may just replace your need for coffee.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 8 figs, halved
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup cashews, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Steps

  1. In a blender, blend banana, water and figs into a loose paste.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix into one thick, homogeneous paste.
  3. Roll into golf-ball-sized balls and store in refrigerator.
