From donut hole acorns to Cocoa Krispies turkey legs and ice cream cone cornucopias, here are six fall treats.

Cornucopia Baskets

Ingredients

  • 12 sugar ice cream cones

  • 1 cup chocolate candy melts

  • 1/4 cup assorted fall sprinkles

  • 1/2 cup Chex Mix

  • 1 cup autumn candy corn mix

Instructions

  1. Dip the ends of the sugar cones in hot water and microwave for 20 seconds. Wrap warmed cone around a straw and hold until it curves and sets in place. Dip the opening of the cone in chocolate and coat the inside with chocolate. Cover the rim of the cone with sprinkles. Fill the cone with a mix of Chex Mix and candy corn.

Cocoa Krispies Turkey Legs

Ingredients

  • 12 large pretzel rods

  • 1 cup white candy melts

  • 3 cups mini marshmallows

  • 6 cups Cocoa Krispies

  • 4 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Dip each pretzel rod in candy melts and attach a mini marshmallows to each end. Repeat until all are used and set aside to dry. In a large bowl, melt the remaining marshmallows and butter in the microwave. Add Cocoa Krispies until combined. Wrap approximately 1/4 cup of Krispie mix around the dipped pretzel rod.

Corn Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 12 white cupcakes

  • 1 cup white frosting

  • 1 cup assorted jelly beans

  • 6 corn husks

Instructions

  1. Cover each cupcake in a thin layer of frosting. Three at a time, line cupcakes with jelly beans to resemble corn and wrap two husks around either side.

Nutter Butter Turkey Pops

Ingredients

  • 12 Double Stuf Oreos

  • 12 Nutter Butters

  • 1 cup candy corn

  • 1/2 cup chocolate, melted

  • 24 gum paste eyeballs

  • 12 Tic Tacs

  • 2 tablespoons red fondant

Instructions

  1. Dip 12 straws in candy melts and insert into Oreos. Press candy corn, tips first, into about two-thirds of the Oreo, forming an arc. Dip Nutter Butters in chocolate and attach to the Oreos. Dip Tic Tacs in chocolate and place in the center of the Nutter Butters. Place eyes around the nose. Roll the red fondant into snood shapes. Attach to the side of the nose.

Mashed Potato Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 12 yellow cake cupcakes

  • 2 cups white frosting

  • 2 cups yellow fondant cut into twelve, 1-inch squares

  • 1/2 cup caramel

  • 1 tablespoon large flake salt

Instructions

  1. Top cupcakes with frosting to resemble mashed potatoes. Top with a fondant square and drizzle with caramel and salt.

Acorn Donut

Ingredients

  • 12 donut holes

  • 1 cup chocolate, melted

  • 12 mini pretzel sticks

  • 1/4 cup assorted fall sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Dip the top third of each donut hole in candy melts. Cover in sprinkles and top with a pretzel rod.
