• 1 teaspoon gelatin
  • 1 cup hot coffee
  • English tea
  • Milk
  • Whipped cream
  • Mint


  1. Dissolve the gelatin in the coffee. Draw the liquid into a syringe, and drop slowly, one drop at a time, into cold water.
  2. Drain in a strainer. Use a spoon to place in a glass. Pour in tea and milk. Garnish with whipped cream and mint.
