Ferrero Rocher Cupcakes

Your favorite crispy, nutty chocolate ball is now a yummy cupcake.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of normal sugar
  • 125 grams of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 tea unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 12 ferrero rocher
  • 12 cupcake wrappers
  • 200 grams butter cream
  • 200 grams powdered sugar
  • 150 grams black chocolate, melted
  • 2 tablespoons of Nutella

Steps

  1. Whiten cream butter with sugar.
  2. Add eggs one at a time and vanilla essence.
  3. In a bowl mix the sifted dry.
  4. Integrate into 2 parts, alternating with milk.
  5. Place the cupcake wrappers in a cupcake mold.
  6. Place 3/4 of preparation in each wrapper.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 min. And until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Prepare the buttercream:
  9. Place in a bowl cream butter and gradually beat with powdered sugar.
  10. Melt chocolate and add it.
  11. Add Nutella.
  12. Refrigerate.
  13. Let cool the cupcakes and then decorate with the buttercream and a Ferrero Rocher.
