2 leaves of swiss chard chopped
1/3 cup firm tofu diced
2 green onions sliced
1 sheet of dried seaweed (Nori) cut into small rectangles
4 tablespoons white miso paste
4 cups water
Bring 4 cups of water to a simmer over medium heat. Add the swiss chard, stir and simmer for 3 minutes.
Pour in the tofu, green onion and miso. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
Place in the seaweed and stir. Serve immediately and fell better!
