- 3 hard-boiled eggs, halved
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Yellow food coloring
- Cayenne pepper
- Remove the yolks from the eggs.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the butter until softened. Add the powdered sugar and food coloring; whip until soft peaks form.
- Add the buttercream to a piping bag. Fill the eggs; top with cayenne pepper.
