Affogato: Boozy


  • 2 tablespoons ground espresso beans
  • 3 scoops rum raisin ice cream
  • 1 shot sambuca


  1. To brew coffee in a moka pot, add water in the base up to the release valve, place the filter basket into the base, and fill to the top with finely ground coffee. Screw the top on, ensuring a tight fit. Place over an 80% flame and listen for the bubbling sound, which indicates that the coffee has brewed.
  2. Fill a martini glass with rum raisin ice cream. Mix brewed coffee and a shot of sambuca. Pour over the ice cream and enjoy immediately!
