  1. To brew coffee in a moka pot, add water in the base up to the release valve, place the filter basket into the base, and fill to the top with finely ground coffee. Screw the top on, ensuring a tight fit. Place over an 80% flame and listen for the bubbling sound, which indicates that the coffee has brewed.
  2. Scoop vanilla ice cream into a martini glass. Pour the hot coffee overtop and consume immediately!
