- 1/2 cup simple syrup
- 6 cups frozen yellow peaches, thawed
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1/2 cup lime juice (from 8 to 10 large limes)
- 8 mint leaves
- 1/3 cup white rum
- Into a blender, add the simple syrup, peaches, lime zest and juice, mint and rum. Puree until liquefied. Pour the mixture into each pouch up to the indicated fill line. Seal closed and freeze for a minimum of 8 hours or overnight.
