  1. French Toast Base: In a large bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the vanilla and cinnamon and whisk until combined. Add the milk and whisk.
  2. French Toast Balls: Place the bread cubes into the french toast base and mix until fully coated in the mixture. Spoon into a greased mini muffin pan and bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then serve with maple syrup.
  3. Stuffed French Toast: Remove the crusts from a loaf of bread and slice into 3 inch-thick slices. Slice an opening into one side of each slice, creating a pocket. Fill the pockets with your desired filling - we used nutella! Soak the bread in the frencht toast base for 5 minutes per side. Melt the butter on a frying pan set to medium heat. Add the french toast and cook for 4 minutes per side. Turn off the heat and place a lid on the pan. Steam the french toast for 5 minutes - this will cook any residual uncooked egg and make the french toast very light and fluffy! Top the french toast with some whipped cream, chocolate chips, hazelnuts and confectioner's sugar. Slice to reveal the delicious filling inside!
  4. Deep-Fried French Toast: Add the flour to the french toast mixture. Soak the bread in the mixture for 3-4 minutes, until the fully soaked through. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat until it reaches 375 degrees. Add 2-3 pieces of bread at a time and cook until golden brown and no longer soggy. Drain the french toast on a paper towel. To serve, dust with confectioner's sugar and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
  5. French Toast Roll-Ups: Slice the crusts off the sliced bread and flatten with a rolling pin. Place the cream cheese and strawberries (or your desired filling) at one end of each piece of bread. Roll them up and soak in the french toast mixture for 1 minute. Melt the butter in a frying pan set to medium heat. Add the french toast roll ups and cook until golden. Immediately transfer to a bowl of cinnamon sugar and toss to coat all sides. Enjoy!
