What part of a cheese-filled, pork-wrapped fried avocado doesn't sound amazing?
10 grams shredded cheese
250 grams ground pork
60 grams onion
20 grams panko bread crumbs to for meat mixture
1 egg, whisked
Panko bread crumbs to coat
Cut and peel avocado in half.
Fill with cheese and place avocado halves back together.
In a bowl, combine ground pork, onion, egg, panko bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Mix with hands until sticky.
Wrap the avocado with the meat mixture.
Dip into the flour and coat well. Then dip into the whisked egg. Finally coat well with panko and deep fry until crispy and golden brown.
Serve with tomato sauce.
