• 1 cup cooked turkey breast
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 3 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1/2 cup thick beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons croutons
  • 1 tablespoon raspberry sauce


  1. Spread one slice of bread with mayonnaise and place the lettuce on top. Add the turkey breast and the raspberry sauce.
  2. Wet another slice of bread with the beef broth and add the croutons on top.
  3. Add another layer of turkey and lettuce, and cover with the other slice of bread spread with mayonnaise.
