Ingredients
- 4 cups Greek-style yogurt
- 2 tablespoons matcha powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
Steps
- In the bowl of a food processor fitted with the blade attachment, combine yogurt, matcha powder, honey, vanilla and peppermint extract. Process until smooth.
- Transfer mixture to a standard-size loaf pan.
- Cover and chill in freezer for 2 hours until frozen, but still soft enough to scoop.
