Strawberry Cheesecake Frozen Yogurt


  • 1 cup Greek-style yogurt
  • 3/4 cup cream cheese
  • 4 cups frozen strawberries
  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 whole graham crackers, crushed


  1. In the bowl of a food processor fitted with the blade attachment, combine yogurt, cream cheese, strawberries, honey and vanilla. Pulse until crumbly, then continue to process until a noticeable change occurs and the mixture becomes thick and creamy.
  2. Transfer mixture to a standard-size loaf pan and fold in graham crackers. Cover and chill in freezer for 2 hours until frozen, but still soft enough to scoop.
