Fruity Pebbles Giant Ice Cream Sandwich

Make childhood dreams come true with a ginormous ice cream sandwich.


  • 2 rolls sugar cookie dough
  • 1/2 gallon cereal milk ice cream
  • 1 bowl Fruity Pebbles


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line one springform pan and one round pan with parchment paper.
  2. Press one roll of cookie dough into each pan. Bake for 20 minutes then let cool completely.
  3. Add the ice cream on top of the cookie in the springform pan. Remove the other cookie from the round pan, and place on top of the ice cream.
  4. Place in freezer to set for at least 2 hours.
  5. Take out of freezer then remove the springform pan from bottom cookie.
  6. Press Fruity Pebbles into the sides of the ice cream and voilà!
