• 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, grated
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella
  • 3 cups cooked Macaroni
  • 1/3 cup Bread Crumbs


  1. In a skillet melt the butter with olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic, cream, pepper and bring mixture to a simmer stirring often.
  3. Add the Parmesan cheese and simmer sauce for 10-15 minutes or until sauce has thickened and is smooth.
  4. Add in the cooked and drained macaroni as well as the mozzarella. Stir to evenly coat.
  5. Top with bread crumbs and place in the oven on broil until the top has become crispy. Enjoy!
