Garlic Knot Meatball Sandwich

Two Italian favorites come together like never before with this garlic knot meatball sandwich.


  • Garlic knots
  • Meatballs
  • 1 cup marinara sauce, warmed
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


  1. Split each knot in half lengthwise. Spread marinara on the bottom, and top with cooked meatballs. Cover meatballs with remaining sauce and top with mozzarella. Finish with top half of garlic knot and brush with more garlic oil. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese is melted, approximately 5 to 7 minutes. Serve warm!
