• 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup parsley, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 pounds pizza dough
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, and line a baking sheet with parchment greased with olive oil.
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, butter, garlic, parsley and salt. Set aside.
  3. Divide the pizza dough into 4 portions. Roll each portion into 12-inch logs. Braid each portion into a figure-eight and place on prepared baking sheet. Brush each with olive oil and cover with plastic wrap for 20 minutes. Brush with garlic oil and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden. Set aside to cool.
