Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup panko
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, and line a baking sheet with parchment greased with olive oil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine beef, panko, egg, salt, black pepper and parsley. Divide into 16 even portions and roll into balls. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cooked to 150 degrees.
